Pick Up In Store

You can order products on our website and collect them from the Zegna store of your choice. All you have to do is to select "Ship the order to a store" as your preferred delivery option at checkout and to choose which store you’d like to have your order delivered to.

This service is offered at no additional cost and the usual shipping methods can be selected.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection at the store.

In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:

- ID
- Shipping confirmation email (printed or on cell phone)

If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring:

- Copy of your ID
- ID of the person collecting
- Shipping confirmation email (printed or on cell phone)
- Letter of authorization (download a blank copy here)

Your order will be held in store for 10 days. If you do not collect your order within this time frame, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will automatically issue a refund.
