How to return
All orders placed from November 11th to December 23rd can be returned at any time before January 10th.
The online Return Form will therefore be available until January 10th inclusive (or until the regular return period allows, should this be a later date).
You can return any item purchased on our store within 20 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:
- Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.
- Complete the online Return Form in order to get a Return Number.
- Use the pre-printed UPS label included in your order and give your parcel to UPS within 20 days of the delivery date: a flat Return Fee of $6.00 (plus Sales Tax on this fee, where applicable) will be automatically deducted from your refund.
- If you prefer, you may send the return using a courier of your choice. If you ship the return package on your own, the Return Fee will not be deducted from your refund. For your security we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the delivery of the return packages.

Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
You may keep track of the return status through My Return or with the UPS Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label.
- We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time
- Vintage, Beachwear, Underwear and any items from Sample and Charity Sales are FINAL. From time to time, we may designate other merchandise non-returnable. Any such designation will be noted on the Product Page of non-returnable products.
- Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.
- Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included
- Pack the items in the original order box without sealing the package
- Bring the items you would like to return to the store of your choice along with the delivery note and the return label, both included in the original package
- If your order was paid for with Cash on Delivery, please remember to bring your bank details (Account holder name, IBAN, SWIFT)
A member of staff at the retail store will complete the Return Form for you and leave you a receipt as proof of your return. Please retain this receipt until the items are credited to the original payment method.
The courier will collect your package from the store within one working day. We normally process returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse.
Should your return meet our return conditions, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the refund for your return has been issued.
